what does it mean to succeed or fail as a writer
is success popularity
if u measure success in terms of financial renumeration then yes
if success means to have created something that both satisfies you and your audience
then you have achieved a seemingly impossible feat
the best most people can hope for
is to write something that sells or to write something that satisfies urself and a small audience of dedicated followers
who will follow u like sheep over a cliff
i have enjoyed reading zadie smiths opinion of failure and success
what she says is truth and wisdom and her writing is beautiful and i will read anything she writes as long as she lives
God bless love daniel smile Jesus loves you :)
